December 28th, 2023 - "Misfolded alpha-Synuclein in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS): Implications for Diagnosis and Treatment" Accepted for Publication in the European Journal of Neurology

Research spearheaded by the Center and Amprion Pharmaceutical identified a sub-group of sporadic ALS patients in whom a self-replicating protein was detected in spinal fluid. The implication of this finding for the treatment of patients will be the focus of the Center's research.
