Our Center depends on contributions to futher advance research and treatment of disabling neurologic diseases. CNS has no formal fund raising program, meaning that all donations support our patient and research program. To make a tax-deductible donation to CNS you have several choices.

To donate by mail please make out a check to the Center for Neurologic Study and send it to the following address:

You may also print a CNS brochure with an included donation form which you may use or give to a friend. Of course, you will receive a receipt for your donation which is fully tax deductible.

You may now make your donation online with a major credit card. This is also a good way to make an anonymous donation and still receive a receipt for tax purposes.
